While we no longer support new contracts on Ethereum Classic, HECO and Velas, any existing contracts on these chains will continue to function and be fully supported.

Team Finance enables you to mint cryptocurrency tokens on 18+ blockchains. With a simple no-code solution, you can deploy your fully-audited token, for free, in minutes with no coding experience required. A liquidity lock is a smart contract that locks away your project's liquidity provider (LP) tokens for a predetermined length of time. This provides security and assures the community that the team cannot withdraw the liquidity tokens and sell them. This is commonly known as a rug pull. Choosing not to lock liquidity is a red flag for token investors, and may cause them to avoid investing in a project. Team Finance supports regular liquidity tokens and NFT liquidity tokens, such as those found in Uniswap v3 and similar protocols.

Team Finance offers a Team Token Locking solution where team members can lock away their tokens for predetermined lengths of time. Like liquidity locks, team token locks are a positive signal for token investors and show your commitment to your community.

You can use Team Finance to implement your vesting schedule and manage the automatic distribution of tokens to your investors and your team. All tokens can be vested, you do not need to have created your token on Team Finance to use the vesting service. Simply set the parameters to choose the token, amount, length of time, any cliff period, and the vesting cadence. With a range of input and upload options, you can set up vesting schedules for thousands of wallets in just a few minutes.

Tokens and Team Token Locks can be claimed via the dashboard - they are not automatically airdropped to wallets. Once you connect your wallet, you will see the tokens available to you to claim under the Token Vesting and Team Token Lock headings.

The Team Finance employee vesting service is used by project founders to pay their teams' salaries. This vesting service differs from investor vesting in that you can cancel a vesting schedule and reclaim the unvested tokens. Employee vestings are capped at 25 wallet addresses. You can also use the Team Finance Multisender to pay team salaries, distributing to an unlimited number of wallet addresses via airdrop.

The two have similar characteristics, although team token locks have less flexibility than token vesting schedules. When a team token lock has expired, all the tokens inside this lock are available to withdraw. If the team chooses to sell all their tokens at the same time, this may put downward pressure on the token price.

Token vesting schedules allow for a gradual release of tokens. They are generally used for the project team members or for investors. Many companies will use a linear vesting schedule, where tokens are distributed over a defined period. For example, in a 4-year vesting schedule, 25% of tokens are released each year. This gradual release of tokens reduces sell pressure, and can lead to a more stable token price.

In the same way that a cryptocurrency project will lock away their team tokens to demonstrate their commitment to the community, NFT projects lock away their team NFTs. Through the easy-to-use interface, you can lock your NFTs to boost investor and community confidence.

Team Finance enables you to create your own staking pools for cryptocurrency tokens and LP tokens, and set up rewards for pool participants, with the rewards paid in the token of your choice. Your token holders can directly participate in your staking pool on Team Finance.

A multisender is a tool that allows you to send tokens to multiple wallet addresses in a single process. This can be useful in various scenarios, such as distributing rewards, airdrops, or TGE tokens after conducting your token sale. Using a multisender streamlines the process, saves time, and ensures efficiency when dealing with multiple transactions simultaneously. It simplifies the management of token distributions, making it a convenient solution for projects looking to distribute tokens to a large number of addresses without the need for individual transactions.

Our tools are available on a pay-per-use basis or via our Pro plan, which saves you money by offering unlimited access for a monthly or yearly subscription. The Team Finance Enterprise plan includes premium features, consultancy, and extensive support.

When you use the pay-per-use plan, fees are paid in the blockchain's native token when you submit your transaction on-chain. For example, if you create a vesting schedule on the Ethereum blockchain, you will pay in Ether (ETH).

You can subscribe to the Pro plan on app.team.finance. To set up your subscription, you'll be asked to enter your wallet address and pay in USDC. All transactions are handled via Copperx, our trusted payment provider. Once subscribed, you will gain immediate unlimited access to our services.

Users of our Enterprise plan are invoiced on a monthly or yearly basis depending on their user plan. Payment terms are available on request.

You can subscribe to a Pro or Enterprise plan on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel this at any time before the next billing cycle, keeping access until the billing cycle ends. When you cancel, you will lose access to Pro and Enterprise features.

Yes, you will be required to pay gas fees in addition to platform fees when using Team Finance. Gas fees are the cost of processing transactions on the blockchain network you are using, and are paid in the chain's native token.

Team Finance mints tokens using a token creation contract audited by Hacken and Certik, two leading names in DeFi security. The tokens you create on Team Finance are therefore fully validated for top-tier security and reliability.

No, Team Finance does not hold or take custody of your tokens. When you create a lock or vesting schedule on Team Finance, you are sending tokens to an audited smart contract that can only be accessed by your wallet. Team Finance never has access to your funds.

Our smart contracts are fully audited and have been put through rigorous testing by reputable auditing firms. They have been designed and implemented to meet the highest standards of security and reliability in the blockchain industry. As with all DeFi there is a risk, but we take every step possible to minimize these on our platform.

There are no KYC or AML requirements to use Team Finance. You do not need to create an account to use the platform, you can simply connect your web3 wallet to use the range of services.
